Flamingos In Flight
While we stopped at the edge of a pond at the J. N. 'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge, an entire flock of pink flamingos suddenly flew in, did mid-air maneuvers for a minute or so, then landed in some trees at the edge of the water. This is my best shot of the beautiful birds in flight.
Bird On Rocks
At another stopping point in the driving tour of the Darling Refuge, a friendly Anhinga (also known as a 'Snake Bird,' for obvious reasons!) seemed to be posing for pictures.
